Giraffe

Giraffes are the tallest land animals. They use their 50cm-long tongues to snap up leaves and branches from trees like the acacia. If they run full-out, they can reach speeds of 50km per hour. Giraffes can also sleep standing up, which is said to help protect them from predators.
