Nile Crocodile
Nile Crocodiles are one of the larger and more irritable species of crocodile. As they are unable to regulate their body temperatures, they spend the day alternately warming themselves or lying in the shade. They also open their mouths wide to help cool themselves down. The crocodile has a long, pointed snout, while the alligator has a wider, more rounded snout.
